Peace of Mind.

It’s so much more,
Than just getting over,
Moving on, from a string
Of irritant instances.
It’s come now to begging-
For peace of mind.

It’s so much lesser,
Than giving to those prouder
The benefit of doubt,
Absorbing silently the stings without
Adjudging them as illusionary friends,
For peace of mind

It’s so much greater,
Than craving for all that glamour,
To consistently burn all the oil
All midnights in an effortless toil,
Than withstanding disillusionment,
For peace of mind

It’s so much about,
Thoughts of mine, out,
In full glory, colored
By education, than tainted
And distorted by hurled versions,
For peace of mind

It’s so much more,
Than just an intermittent craving.
It’s so much lesser,
Than evading the isolation of one’s thoughts.
It’s so much greater,
Than letting thoughts run distant.
It’s so much about,
Committing singularly to love.
It’s all for a peace of mind-
Epitomizing an inner peace,
That surpasses understanding.
